NHL predictions: Experts make their Stanley Cup, awards picks for 2023-24 season
Edmonton Oilers star Connor McDavid is coming off the NHL's best season since the mid-1990s and Chicago Blackhawks center Connor Bedard is the league's most-touted rookie since McDavid.
How will that play out in the 2023-24 NHL season?
Two voters have McDavid repeating and winning his fourth Hart Trophy as MVP to his team. Two also have the Oilers winning the Pacific Division ahead of the defending champion Vegas Golden Knights, and one has them reaching the Stanley Cup Final.
Meanwhile, Bedard is the unanimous choice for the Calder Trophy as NHL rookie of the year.
