The Minnesota Vikings are making another change at quarterback.

Coach Kevin O'Connell on Thursday named rookie Jaren Hall as the starter for Sunday night's NFC North division clash against the Green Bay Packers.

Hall, a fifth-round pick from BYU, will take over for Nick Mullens as the Vikings look to snap a two-game losing streak that has put their playoff hopes in jeopardy.

Mullens threw for 411 yards last week against the Detroit Lions, but his four interceptions kept the Vikings from coming all the way back in a 30-24 loss that dropped their record to 7-8 and put them one game out of a playoff spot.

Hall has seen limited action this season, completing 8-of-10 passes for 101 yards over a pair of games, including one start, which ended abruptly when he suffered a concussion in the first quarter against the Atlanta Falcons.

He is the fourth different quarterback to start a game for the Vikings this year. Kirk Cousins suffered a season-ending Achilles injury in the first matchup of the season against the Packers.
